All of our products are formulated without parabens, sulfates, petrolatum, synthetic fragrances and artificial colors.

Yes, all Loved01 products are both vegan and cruelty-free.

Although no ingredients in our formulations have been identified as being unsafe for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, we recommend that you share our ingredient list with your healthcare provider before usage while pregnant or breastfeeding.

Our skin care products are made in the United States with thoughtfully sourced global materials.

To track your order, sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager to receive notifications on when to expect your order.  You can also email the Customer Experience team at info@loved01.com.

Packages are expected to arrive within 1-2 business days with FedEx 2-day and 2-7 business days with FedEx Standard shipping. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing prior to shipment. Orders placed on the weekend or holiday will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Costs:

• Standard Shipping 5-8 business days: $5.00 US
• Express 2-Day Shipping: $10.00 US

Orders of $35 or more receive Free Standard Shipping.

Currently we are only shipping within the United States, but follow @loved01skin for updates on international product availability.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you’ll have the option to request a refund within 30 days of the date of shipment.  You can reach out to our Customer Experience team at info@loved01.com to get the process started.

Once our team receives your refund request, please allow 5 business days for the return to be processed by the Loved01 team.  Please note that Loved01 does not control when a specific credit card or Payment Method company processes a chargeback transaction.

A recurring subscription means you don’t have to worry about running out of your favorite Loved01 products mid-routine. You’ll also save 10% on every subscription order!

On the product page, simply select the "Subscribe" option, choose your desired delivery frequency (every 4, 5, 6, or 7 weeks), and add to cart. When you’re done shopping, just check out as usual. Your first shipment will be delivered according to the delivery method selected at checkout. Subsequent shipments will be processed according to your selected delivery frequency and shipped via Standard Shipping.

Subscriptions are automatically paused if the product goes out of stock, and will not be processed or charged. If your subscription plan contains other items that are in stock, the rest of your order will continue to be fulfilled according to your usual schedule. When the product is restocked, subscriptions will automatically resume according to the usual schedule.

Yes, your Loved01 subscription plan can be changed, paused, or canceled at any time. You’ll receive an email reminder a few days before the next shipment is processed so you can make any changes. 

You can also make changes to your subscription plan at any time by reaching out to our Customer Service team via Live Chat or email, or by following the steps below.

If you have a Loved01.com account: Simply log in to your Loved01 account and click on the “Manage Subscription” link at the top of the screen. 

If you don’t have a Loved01 account: You can request a Magic Link to your subscription management portal by visiting this link and entering the email address associated with your subscription. Then, just follow the instructions in the email to manage or make changes to your subscription.
